Dear Lord, I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude for your word and your statutes. I declare that I will delight myself in your statutes and I will not forget your word. I claim the promise that as I meditate on your word day and night, I will be like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. I thank you for the strength and guidance that your word provides me, and I pray that you will continue to reveal your truth to me as I seek to follow you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word.
Psalms 119:16
