Dear Lord, my eyes fail as I search for your salvation and your righteous word. But I know that you have promised to never leave me nor forsake me. I claim that promise today and ask that you would open my eyes to see your salvation and your righteous word. Help me to trust in you and to seek your will above all else. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise of eternal life through your son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
