Prayer based on Psalms 104:9. Themes: Boundaries, Sovereignty, Creation
Dear Lord, I thank you for setting a boundary that the enemy may not pass over. I claim this promise over my life and the lives of my loved ones. I pray that you will protect us from the schemes of the enemy and keep us safe within your loving arms. May we never turn again to cover the earth, but instead, may we walk in your ways and fulfill the purpose you have for us. Thank you for your faithfulness and for always keeping your promises. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: You have set a boundary that they may not pass over, that they don’t turn again to cover the earth.
Psalms 104:9
This is a Promise.
The verse is stating that God has set a boundary that the waters of the earth cannot pass over and cover the earth again. This is a promise that God will not flood the earth again to the extent that he did in the story of Noah’s Ark.
