Father God, I thank you for the promise that the dead do not praise you, nor do those who go down into silence. I claim this promise over my life and the lives of my loved ones. I declare that we will live to praise you and give you glory. I pray that you will continue to guide us and protect us, and that we will always be faithful to you. Thank you for your love and mercy, and for the assurance that we will live to praise you forevermore. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: The dead don’t praise Yah, nor any who go down into silence,

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the dead do not praise Yahweh and those who go down into silence do not have the ability to worship or give thanks to God.
