Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you are always with me, even in times of trouble. When I feel like you are hiding your face from me, I know that you are still there, watching over me and guiding me. I trust in your power to take away my breath when it is time for me to return to the dust, knowing that you have a plan for my life beyond this earthly existence. Thank you for your constant presence and for the promise of eternal life with you. Amen.
