Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in Proverbs 4:22 that your words are life to those who find them and health to their whole body. I pray that as I seek your word and meditate on it, it will bring healing and restoration to every part of my being. May your truth penetrate my heart and mind, renewing my thoughts and transforming my life. Thank you for the gift of your word, which brings hope, peace, and joy to my soul. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
