Dear Lord, I claim the promise in Proverbs 3:8 that says, “It will be health to your body, and nourishment to your bones.” I pray that you will grant me good health and strength in my body. May my bones be nourished and strong, and may I be free from any sickness or disease. I trust in your healing power and believe that you will keep me in good health. Thank you for your love and care for me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
