Dear Lord, I come before you today with a humble heart, seeking your guidance and wisdom. I pray that you would help me to listen and receive your sayings, so that I may live a life that is pleasing to you. I claim the promise that the years of my life will be many, as I trust in your word and follow your ways. Thank you for your love and faithfulness, and for the promise of a long and fulfilling life. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: Listen, my son, and receive my sayings. The years of your life will be many.
Proverbs 4:10

This is a Promise. The verse promises that if the reader listens and receives the sayings, they will have many years of life.
