Dear God, please help me to listen to my father who gave me life and to honor and respect my mother even when she is old. Give me the wisdom and strength to show them love and gratitude for all they have done for me. Help me to be patient and understanding with them, and to always cherish the bond we share as a family. Thank you for blessing me with such wonderful parents. Amen.
