Dear Lord, as I sit down to dine with those in positions of authority, please grant me the wisdom to carefully consider what is before me. Help me to discern the intentions and motives of those around me, and guide me in making wise decisions. May I always seek your guidance and follow your will in all situations. Amen.

Verse: When you sit to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before you;
Proverbs 23:1
