Dear God, I pray that you would help me to guard my soul from the thorns and snares that are in the path of the wicked. Please give me the strength and wisdom to avoid temptation and to stay on the path of righteousness. Help me to always seek your guidance and protection, and to trust in your unfailing love and grace. Thank you for your constant presence in my life, and for your never-ending mercy and forgiveness. Amen.

Verse: Thorns and snares are in the path of the wicked; whoever guards his soul stays from them.
Proverbs 22:5
