Dear God, please help me to be a person of honor who keeps aloof from strife. Give me the wisdom to avoid unnecessary arguments and conflicts. Help me to be patient and understanding with those who may provoke me. Please protect me from the temptation to engage in foolish quarrels. May I always seek peace and harmony in my relationships with others. Amen.
