Prayer based on Proverbs 15:12. Themes: Pride, Wisdom, Correction

Dear Lord, please help me to be open to correction and willing to seek wisdom from those who are wiser than me. Please soften my heart and remove any pride or arrogance that may prevent me from receiving constructive criticism. Help me to grow and learn from my mistakes, and to become a better person through the guidance of those around me. Amen.

Verse: A scoffer doesn’t love to be reproved; he will not go to the wise.
Proverbs 15:12

This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader to not be a scoffer and to seek wisdom from the wise.
