Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that the ear that listens to reproof lives, and will be at home among the wise. I pray that you would give me a heart that is open to correction and willing to learn from those who are wiser than me. Help me to listen attentively to the words of wisdom that you place in my path, and to apply them to my life in a way that brings honor and glory to your name. May I always be counted among the wise, and may my life be a testimony to your grace and mercy. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
