Dear Lord, I claim the promise that when I call on you, you will answer me. When I seek you diligently, I will find you. I trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that you will never leave me nor forsake me. Thank you for being a God who hears and answers prayers. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse states that if people reject wisdom and knowledge, they will not be able to find it even if they seek it diligently.
