Prayer based on Proverbs 10:7. Themes: Righteousness, Blessing, Wickedness

Dear Lord,

I come before you today, thanking you for the promise that the memory of the righteous is blessed. I pray that you would help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, so that my memory may be a blessing to those who come after me.

I also claim the promise that the name of the wicked will rot. I pray that you would protect me from wickedness and help me to always choose the path of righteousness. May my name never be associated with evil or wrongdoing.

Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promises that you have given us in your word. I trust in your goodness and ask for your guidance and strength as I seek to live a life that honors you.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
