Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in Proverbs 11:23 that says, “The desire of the righteous is only good. The expectation of the wicked is wrath.” I pray that you would help me to always desire what is good and pleasing to you. May my heart be filled with righteousness and may my thoughts and actions reflect your will. I also pray for those who do not follow you, that they may turn away from their wicked ways and find salvation in you. Thank you for your promise that the expectation of the wicked is wrath, and I trust in your justice and righteousness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
