Prayer based on Proverbs 10:6. Themes: Blessings, Righteousness, Violence

Dear Lord,

I come before you today claiming the promise that blessings are on the head of the righteous. I pray that you would help me to live a life that is pleasing to you, one that is characterized by righteousness and obedience to your word.

I also pray that you would protect me from the violence that covers the mouth of the wicked. I ask that you would shield me from the schemes and attacks of the enemy, and that you would give me the strength and wisdom to resist temptation and stand firm in my faith.

Thank you for your promise of blessings for the righteous. I trust in your goodness and your faithfulness, and I pray that you would continue to guide me and bless me in all that I do.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
