Dear God, please help me to always be honest and truthful in my words. May I never hide hatred in my heart and speak lies. Help me to control my tongue and not utter slander against others. Give me the wisdom to know when to speak and when to remain silent. May my words always bring love, peace, and encouragement to those around me. Amen.

Verse: He who hides hatred has lying lips. He who utters a slander is a fool.
Proverbs 10:18
