Praying from Philippians 4:14 relating to Compassion, Fellowship, Suffering
Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that says “However you did well that you shared in my affliction.” I claim this promise today and ask that you help me to share in the afflictions of others. Give me a heart of compassion and empathy, and help me to be a source of comfort and support to those who are going through difficult times. May I be a reflection of your love and grace, and may my actions bring glory to your name. Thank you for the privilege of being able to share in the sufferings of others, and for the opportunity to be a part of your work in this world. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
