Praying from Philippians 2:8 relating to Humility, Obedience, Sacrifice
Dear Lord, as I reflect on the verse “And being found in human form, he humbled himself, becoming obedient to the point of death, yes, the death of the cross,” I am reminded of your incredible sacrifice for us. Help me to follow your example of humility and obedience, even when it is difficult. Give me the strength to lay down my own desires and submit to your will. Thank you for your love and grace, and for showing us the ultimate act of selflessness on the cross. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to humble themselves and become obedient to the point of death, just as Jesus did.
