Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you can transform the useless into the useful. Just as you have done in the past, I pray that you will take my weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Use me for your glory and let me be a blessing to others. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that you will never leave nor forsake me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Philemon 1:11

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement by Paul about his friend Onesimus, who had become useful to both Paul and the reader. There is no command given in this verse.
