Praying from Matthew 8:4 relating to Obedience, Healing, Testimony.
Dear Lord Jesus, thank you for your healing power and mercy. Help us to follow your example of humility and obedience. May we be willing to do what you ask of us, even if it means keeping quiet about our blessings. Give us the strength to show ourselves to those who can testify to your goodness and love. Help us to offer the gifts that you have commanded, as a testimony to others. May our lives be a living testimony to your grace and mercy. Amen.
Verse: Jesus said to him,“See that you tell nobody; but go, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”
Matthew 8:4
This is a Command. The command is for the person to not tell anyone, but to go show themselves to the priest and offer the gift that Moses commanded as a testimony.
