Dear God, we have heard that it was said to love our neighbor and hate our enemy. But we know that this is not what you want for us. Help us to love all people, even those who may be difficult to love. Give us the strength to show kindness and compassion to everyone we encounter, regardless of their background or beliefs. May we be a shining example of your love and grace in this world. Amen.
