Praying from Matthew 5:28 relating to Purity, Adultery, Temptation.

Dear God, please help me to resist the temptation to gaze at a woman with lust in my heart. I know that by doing so, I am committing adultery in my heart. Please give me the strength to control my thoughts and actions, and to treat all women with respect and dignity. Help me to see them as your beloved daughters, and to honor them as such. Thank you for your guidance and love. Amen.

Verse: but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Matthew 5:28
