Dear Lord, forgive me for the times when I have failed to provide for those who are hungry and thirsty. Help me to be more aware of the needs of others and to be more generous with my resources. Give me a heart that is willing to serve and a spirit that is quick to respond to the needs of those around me. May I never turn a blind eye to those who are in need, but always be ready to offer a helping hand. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
