Dear Lord, please help me to always be prepared and ready for your coming. May I never be caught off guard and unprepared. Please help me to live a life that is pleasing to you and to always be faithful in serving you. May I never hear the words, “I don’t know you” from you, but instead hear the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: But he answered, ‘Most certainly I tell you, I don’t know you.’
Matthew 25:12

This is a Command. The verse is a warning to be prepared for the return of Jesus and to have a personal relationship with him.
