Prayer based on Matthew 22:4. Themes: Invitation, Feast, Preparedness

Dear Lord,

Thank you for inviting us to your wedding feast. We are grateful for the opportunity to come and celebrate with you. We pray that you would send out your servants to invite all those who have not yet heard the good news. May they hear your call and respond with joy and excitement.

We know that you have prepared a great feast for us, and we are eager to partake in it. May we come with open hearts and minds, ready to receive all that you have for us. May we be filled with your love and grace, and may we share that love and grace with others.

Thank you for your provision and for all that you have done for us. We pray that we would always be mindful of your goodness and faithfulness, and that we would live our lives in a way that honors you.

In Jesus’ name we pray,

Amen.

This is a Command. The servants are commanded to tell those who are invited to come to the wedding feast.
