Praying from Matthew 2:23 relating to Prophecy, Fulfillment, Location.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you for fulfilling your promises through your son, Jesus Christ. As I read in Matthew 2:23 that Jesus came and lived in a city called Nazareth, I claim the promise that was spoken through the prophets that he will be called a Nazarene.
I pray that you will help me to live a life that reflects the character of Jesus, who was humble and obedient to your will. May I be known as a follower of Christ, and may my actions and words bring glory to your name.
Thank you for your faithfulness in fulfilling your promises, and for the gift of salvation through your son, Jesus Christ.
In Jesus’ name, I pray,

Matthew 2:23
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that Jesus lived in Nazareth to fulfill what was spoken by the prophets that he would be called a Nazarene. There is no command given to the reader.
