Father God, I claim the promise that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom we crucified but whom You raised from the dead, we can stand before You whole. May it be known to all, and to all the people of Israel, that we have been redeemed and made whole through the power of Your Son. Thank You for the gift of salvation and for the healing that comes through Your name. May we always remember the sacrifice of Jesus and live our lives in a way that honors Him. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is declaring that the man stands before them healed in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom they crucified but God raised from the dead.
