Prayer based on Psalms 14:7. Themes: Salvation, Restoration, Rejoicing

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you today with a heart full of hope and faith, claiming the promise that you have given us in your word. I pray that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion, just as you have promised.

Lord, I know that you are a God who restores the fortunes of your people. I pray that you would restore the fortunes of Israel, and that Jacob would rejoice and Israel would be glad.

I trust in your faithfulness and your love for your people. I know that you are a God who keeps your promises, and I claim this promise for Israel today.

Thank you for your grace and your mercy, and for the hope that we have in you. I pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Amen.

Verse: Oh that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When Yahweh restores the fortunes of his people, then Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
Psalms 14:7

This is a Promise. The verse expresses a longing for the salvation of Israel to come from Zion and a promise that when Yahweh restores the fortunes of his people, Jacob and Israel will rejoice and be glad.
