Dear Lord, just as you called the twelve disciples and sent them out with authority over unclean spirits, we pray that you would also call us and equip us with the power to overcome the evil in this world. Help us to trust in your guidance and to work together in pairs, supporting and encouraging one another as we spread your message of love and hope. May we be bold and courageous in our faith, knowing that you are with us always. Amen.
Verse: He called to himself the twelve, and began to send them out two by two; and he gave them authority over the unclean spirits.
