Dear Lord, as we come to Jerusalem, we ask for your guidance and strength to enter into the temple with the same zeal and passion as Jesus. Help us to throw out anything that does not align with your will and purpose for our lives. Give us the courage to overthrow the tables of greed and corruption, and to stand up against those who seek to profit from the vulnerable. May we be a voice for justice and righteousness, and may our actions reflect your love and compassion for all. Amen.
Verse: They came to Jerusalem, and Jesus entered into the temple and began to throw out those who sold and those who bought in the temple, and overthrew the money changers’ tables and the seats of those who sold the doves.
