Dear Lord, help me to keep my focus on you and your kingdom. May I not be distracted by the things of this world or tempted to look back at my past mistakes. Give me the strength and determination to keep moving forward in faith, putting my hand to the plow and working diligently for your glory. May I be fit for your kingdom and always strive to do your will. Amen.

Verse: But Jesus said to him,“No one, having put his hand to the plow and looking back, is fit for God’s Kingdom.”
Luke 9:62

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to not look back after putting their hand to the plow, or else they will not be fit for God’s Kingdom.
