Prayer based on Luke 9:27. Themes: Kingdom, Truth, Death
Dear Heavenly Father,
I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and faith. I thank you for the promise that you have given us in your word, that there are some who will not taste of death until they see your Kingdom.
Lord, I claim this promise for myself and for my loved ones. I believe that you are a faithful God who keeps his promises, and I trust that you will fulfill this word in our lives.
I pray that we may have the opportunity to witness your Kingdom in all its glory, to see your power and majesty on display, and to experience the fullness of your love and grace.
Thank you for your goodness and mercy, and for the hope that you have given us through your Son, Jesus Christ. May we live each day in the light of this promise, knowing that you are with us always.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: But I tell you the truth: There are some of those who stand here who will in no way taste of death until they see God’s Kingdom.”
Luke 9:27
This is a Promise. The verse states that some of the people listening to Jesus will not die before they see God’s Kingdom.
