Prayer based on Luke 9:26. Themes: Salvation, Faith, Judgment

Dear Lord, please help me to never be ashamed of you or your words. May I always boldly proclaim your truth and share your love with others. I pray that when you come in your glory, I will not be among those whom you are ashamed of, but rather that I will be counted among your faithful servants. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the promise of eternal life with you. Amen.

Verse: For whoever will be ashamed of me and of my words, of him will the Son of Man be ashamed when he comes in his glory, and the glory of the Father, and of the holy angels.
Luke 9:26

This is a Command: Do not be ashamed of Jesus and his words. If you are, Jesus will be ashamed of you when he returns in glory.
