Heavenly Father, I claim the promise that you have the power to heal those who are troubled by unclean spirits. Just as in the verse, I pray that you will heal me and anyone else who is struggling with spiritual afflictions. Thank you for your love and mercy, and for the assurance that you are always with us, ready to heal and restore. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing how those who were troubled by unclean spirits were being healed. There is no command given to the reader.
