Dear Lord, as we prepare to celebrate the Passover, we ask for your guidance and wisdom. Help us to make room for you in our hearts and in our homes. We invite you to be our honored guest and to share in this special meal with us. May we always remember your sacrifice and the love you have for us. Amen.

Verse: Tell the master of the house, ‘ The Teacher says to you, “Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?”’
Luke 22:11

This is a Command. The reader is instructed to tell the master of the house that the Teacher (presumably Jesus) wants to know where the guest room is so that he can eat the Passover with his disciples.
