Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have spoken over me, that I will be called a prophet of the Most High. I pray that you will guide me and give me the wisdom and discernment to speak your truth boldly and fearlessly. Help me to prepare the way for your coming, to make straight the paths that lead to you. May my life be a reflection of your love and grace, and may I always seek to glorify you in all that I do. Thank you for choosing me and calling me to be a part of your plan. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is a prophecy spoken by Zechariah about his son John the Baptist, stating that he will be called a prophet of the Most High and will prepare the way for the Lord.
