Prayer based on Luke 14:13. Themes: Hospitality, Compassion, Inclusion.
Dear God, as we prepare to make a feast, we ask that you guide us to invite those who are poor, maimed, lame, or blind. Help us to see the value and worth in all people, and to extend your love and compassion to those who may be overlooked or forgotten. May our feast be a time of fellowship and joy for all who attend, and may we be reminded of your grace and mercy through our interactions with others. Amen.
