Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for your promise that you know all of my needs. I pray that I may trust in you completely and not seek after the things that the nations of the world desire. Help me to focus on your will for my life and to seek your kingdom above all else. I claim your promise that you will provide for all of my needs according to your riches in glory. Thank you for your faithfulness and for always taking care of me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Verse: For the nations of the world seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things.
Luke 12:30

This is a Promise. The verse reassures the reader that God knows their needs, even when the rest of the world is consumed with seeking after material things.
