Prayer based on John 4:10. Themes: Gift of God, Living water.

Dear Lord Jesus, I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. I thank you for the gift of God, which is eternal life through you. I pray that you would help me to know you more and more each day, so that I may fully understand the depth of your love and the power of your grace.

Lord, I claim the promise that you have given me living water. I ask that you would fill me with your Holy Spirit, so that I may be refreshed and renewed in your presence. I pray that you would quench my thirst for righteousness and satisfy my soul with your goodness.

Thank you, Lord, for your unfailing love and your never-ending grace. I trust in your promises and I believe that you will fulfill them in my life. May your living water flow through me and bring life to those around me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: Jesus answered her,“If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘ Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”
John 4:10

This is a Promise. Jesus promises the woman that if she knew who he was and asked him for living water, he would give it to her.
