Dear Lord, as I come before you today, I am reminded of the promise that when you were raised from the dead, your disciples remembered your words and believed the Scripture and your word. I claim this promise for myself today, that I too may remember your words and believe in your promises. Help me to trust in your word and to have faith in your plan for my life. May your resurrection power fill me with hope and joy, and may I always remember that you are with me, guiding me every step of the way. Thank you for your love and grace, and for the promise of eternal life through your resurrection. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
