Prayer based on John 16:13. Themes: Spirit, truth, guidance

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before you today claiming the promise that you have given us in your word. You have promised that when the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide us into all truth. I ask that you send your Holy Spirit to guide me and lead me into all truth.

I pray that the Spirit of truth will not speak from himself, but whatever he hears, he will speak. I ask that he will declare to me the things that are coming, so that I may be prepared for whatever lies ahead.

Thank you for your promise to guide us into all truth. I trust in your faithfulness and ask that you would continue to lead me by your Spirit.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The Spirit of truth will guide the reader into all truth and declare things that are coming.
