Dear Lord, like Nathanael, I sometimes doubt that good things can come from unexpected places. But just as Philip invited Nathanael to come and see for himself, I pray that you would open my eyes to the good things that you are doing in the world, even in places that I might not expect. Help me to have faith that you are always at work, and give me the courage to follow your lead wherever it may take me. Amen.
Verse: Nathanael said to him, “Can any good thing come out of Nazareth?” Philip said to him, “Come and see.”

This is a Command. The command is to “come and see” for oneself if any good thing can come out of Nazareth.
