Praying from Hebrews 6:20 relating to Forerunner, High Priest, Melchizedek

Dear Lord, I thank you for sending Jesus as a forerunner for us. I claim the promise that He has become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek. I trust in His intercession on my behalf and His ability to sympathize with my weaknesses. Help me to approach your throne of grace with confidence, knowing that Jesus has made a way for me to come boldly before you. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the assurance that I have in Christ. Amen.
