Praying from Hebrews 4:1 relating to Fear, Promise, Rest.
Dear Lord, we come before you with a humble heart, acknowledging that we are prone to fall short of your promises. We ask for your guidance and strength to help us overcome our fears and doubts, so that we may enter into your rest. Help us to trust in your promises and to walk in faith, knowing that you are with us every step of the way. May we never lose sight of your love and grace, and may we always strive to live in obedience to your will. We pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: Let’s fear therefore, lest perhaps anyone of you should seem to have come short of a promise of entering into his rest.
Hebrews 4:1
This is a Command. The verse is urging the reader to fear and be cautious so that they do not miss out on the promise of entering into God’s rest.
