Praying from Hebrews 11:28 relating to Faith, Redemption, Protection.
Dear Lord, I come to you in faith, just as the Israelites did in the time of the Passover. I claim the promise that by faith, I too can keep the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood, so that the destroyer of the firstborn should not touch me or my loved ones. I trust in your protection and provision, and I thank you for your faithfulness. May my faith in you grow stronger each day, and may I always remember the power of your promises. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing how the person’s faith in keeping the Passover and sprinkling of blood protected them from harm.
