Praying from Hebrews 10:2 relating to Redemption, Forgiveness, Cleansing.
Father, I thank you for the promise that through the sacrifice of Jesus, my sins have been cleansed. I claim the promise that because of this, I no longer have to be burdened by the consciousness of my sins. I thank you that I can approach you with confidence and boldness, knowing that I am forgiven and made righteous through Christ. Help me to live in the freedom and joy of this promise every day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: Or else wouldn’t they have ceased to be offered, because the worshipers, having been once cleansed, would have had no more consciousness of sins?
Hebrews 10:2
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that if the sacrifices offered for sins were effective, then the worshipers would no longer feel guilty or conscious of their sins. Therefore, the promise is that through the sacrifice of Jesus, believers can be completely cleansed of their sins and have no more consciousness of them.
