Dear God, please help me to resist the temptation of being drunken with wine, which leads to dissipation. Instead, I pray that you fill me with your Holy Spirit, so that I may be guided by your wisdom and love. May your Spirit empower me to live a life that is pleasing to you and to be a light to those around me. Thank you for your grace and mercy. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
